Who We Are

Live Rights Hub is operated by Bliss Legal Studio, a California law practice with offices in Los Angeles, California. The attorneys responsible for this platform are:

What Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal and project-related information:

How We Use Your Data
  • Provision of legal services — to analyze rights clearance needs, draft agreements, and manage the clearance workflow on your behalf.
  • Document routing — to send, track, and execute agreements via DocuSign on behalf of the engagement.
  • Records retention — to maintain client files as required by applicable professional responsibility rules and California law.
  • Communications — to respond to your inquiries and provide updates on your matter.
  • Service improvement — to improve the platform's functionality. We do not use client matter data to train AI models.
Third-Party Vendors

We engage the following service providers who may process your data as part of delivering our services. Each is subject to a data processing agreement.

DocuSign

Electronic signature and document routing. Document content and signer information is transmitted to DocuSign to facilitate execution of agreements.

Anthropic Claude API

AI-assisted document drafting and rights analysis. Project details and setlist data are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate draft documents and rights analysis. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models under its API data usage policy.

AI Use Disclosure: Documents drafted with AI assistance are reviewed and approved by a licensed California attorney before delivery to any third party.
Attorney-Client Privilege & Confidentiality

All client communications and matter data are protected as confidential under:

  • California Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 1.6 (Confidential Information of a Client)
  • California Evidence Code § 954 (Attorney-Client Privilege)

We will not disclose client confidential information to third parties except as required by law, with your informed written consent, or as necessary to provide the services you have engaged us to perform.

California Resident Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

Right to Know
Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
Right to Delete
Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention obligations.
Right to Correct
Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties for monetary or other consideration.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@blisslegalstudio.com. We will respond within 45 days as required by law. Note that some deletion requests may be limited by our legal obligations to retain client records.

Data Retention

Client matter records — including project details, agreements, rights clearance data, and correspondence — are retained for 7 years following the close of an engagement, consistent with standard legal practice and California State Bar guidance.

After the retention period expires, records are securely deleted using industry-standard methods. Backup copies are purged on the same schedule.

Security & Breach Notification

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

In the event of a security breach involving your personal information, we will notify affected individuals within 30 days as required by California Civil Code § 1798.82. Notification will be provided via email to the address on file.
